EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICIES:
We accept returns just for defective pieces.
RETURNS:
The refund will be processed as soon as the piece will be arrived back to the lab.
CHANGES:
You can exchange your piece for any other, if the difference is greater you can pay me separately.
If it is less, you will receive a voucher.
REPAIR:
In case your part is damaged due to a manufacturing problem,
send me a photo of it to see the problem and
I will repair it.
If the piece breaks or suffers any damage because of you or the passage of time,
I cannot take care of this, but do not hesitate to write to me and we can find a solution.
CUSTOM RINGS:
When ordering your ring, make sure you measure your finger correctly,
I will make it exactly the size you ask for.
If the ring is too big or too small, you can write to me and I will repair it to your size,
but you will have to pay the cost of shipping the piece again.
